The lab shell is the parent frame for the whole site. It treats biography, publishing, media, and navigation as subsystems inside one shared surface instead of scattering them across unrelated templates.

This work is still active. The current goal is to make the shell dense enough to feel like a real instrument while also supporting a long-lived archive of works and logs.
